Michelle Bussière is an exceptional educational administrator and organizational consultant with over two decades of experience leading and supporting primary, secondary, and post-secondary education, as well as Indigenous and non-Indigenous government and other public sector organizations. An accomplished author on the subject of professional learning and leadership, she has been widely recognized as a leader in the field of education. As a former university dean, Bussière boasts a breadth of experience with organizational and human resources development, financial accountability, public policy alignment, and stakeholder relations.
Dr David Burgess (BA, BEd, MEd, PhD)
Senior Partner

David Burgess holds extensive practical experience in educational administration, governance, internal organizational financial modeling, and organizational analytics. He specializes in organizational analysis and has been heavily involved in the provision of such services to schools, universities, government, judiciary, and other international organizations around the world. Burgess has published several books and articles in the field of educational administration, governance, and administrative law. In the university environment he has served as department head, graduate chair, research unit director, and associate dean.
